Claim and/or complaint
The application must be entered and signed by its authorized representative.
A “claim and/or complaint” may be submitted when the applicant (client) is dissatisfied with any of the services provided by TEST LAB BOXLITY, S.A. de C.V. To submit a claim and/or complaint, the following must be considered: The request must be submitted and signed by the authorized representative, accompanied, if applicable, by any evidence that the client deems necessary to support said claim and/or complaint; it may be delivered directly to the facilities or sent by email to the following address: atencionaclientes@labboxlity.com. TEST LAB, S.A. de C.V., is only obligated to notify the person designated as the authorized representative in the request. The response time for any claim and/or complaint will be a maximum of 10 business days, starting from the next business day after it is formally received. The outcome of the claim and/or complaint will be notified by means of a letterhead signed by the Director of LAB and managed by the Quality Management System Manager, with the agreements reached, to conclude the process.
